At the July 27, 2010 HPWA Board meeting, Mr. John Darr, IV and Dr. Richard Jones were elected to serve with Director Mike Lucas as the Nominating Committee for HPWA Board members. Those who wish to be considered for election to the HPWA Board of Directors should please contact one of these three individuals.

 

The HPWA Board elected Mr. Mike Lucas Vice-President of HPWA and Mr. Wes White was elected Secretary. These officers will serve until January, 2011.

 

At the July 27, 2010 HPWA Board meeting, Laurie Philpot was elected to serve the remaining term of Mike Shannon. Mr. Dale Russo was elected to serve the remainder of Alison Law's term.

 

The HPWA Board met on July 27, 2010 and adopted an agreement on the ownership and use of the pasture. A summary of the agreement can be viewed at Haile Pasture Agreement. The Board resolution approved by the 6 person committee is also available for review.
